As a teacher, I occassionally have to call a parent and I like the idea of making a script before calling to initiate the conversation or to leave a message if they are not available. We mostly communicate through email or face to face conferences, which are scheduled for us. I can see where this mission would be very suitable for most professions, but I just don't find myself making many phone calls.
