So many of us have been thinking about how to generate more contentment. I have been enjoying the Gratitude Journal Template. I appreciate how simple it is, yet so clever.

I wasn’t exactly sure what I should be thankful for until I read C.J. Good’s book, “Little gifts of sustainable contentment.” It challenged me to step outside the daily onslaught of mainstream thinking, my own ego, and what I do habitually so I could grasp the things in life that I’m truly grateful for: life, love, liberty, freedom to (and freedom from), community, and health. I love this book! It gives me real alternatives and insights to help me understand what truly matters on my own personal journey.
