Organize Your Life in 5 Minutes A Day

Here’s something you can do to get better organized – and it’ll take you just 5 minutes!

Flick Negative Feelings

  1. Take a look around your home and notice anything that has negative memories or unpleasant associations – such as photos, gifts, particular CDs or books, etc.
  2. Decide to release these things, and the negative feelings that go with them, from your life.
  3. Donate or discard as appropriate.

And you’re done!

Doesn’t that feel wonderful?

Remember: 1. Move fast. 2. Don’t overthink. 3. Feel great about getting organized!

It amazes me how we want to keep things. Things that we don’t use or want and especially things that bring back bad feelings. Great observations!
