I find that using the Goals & Priorities planner forces me to limit the number of items on my agenda daily... which allows me to focus on the few most important ones... which not only puts forth best efforts, but maximizes my sense of accomplishment when they're done well!

And, Seth is right, by not cramming every line full of some task, it *is* easier to do a better job on the selected few.
