Trim your to-do list.
1. Take a look at your to-do list. 2. Highlight the most important items – the tasks that will make the greatest difference to your priorities. 3. Of the remaining items, look for any you can delete from your list – eg: a. Tasks that aren’t really important to you b. Tasks that have been on the list for too long c.
