Fill an x-delete box of stuff.
1. Put a large box in your laundry, garage or spare room. 2. Mark it x-delete. 3. Grab one or two items from your home you don’t need, but are nervous about discarding, and put them in the box. 4. Whenever you see items don’t need, but are nervous about discarding, add them to your x-delete box. 5. You can periodically donate or discard the contents. And you’re done!
