Neaten your noticeboard or notice area.
1. Remove all the invitations, photos, kids’ drawings and other items from your noticeboard, fridge door or towering pile on the kitchen counter. 2. Replace only the most current, inspiring or useful items. 3. Put anything you really want to keep (really?) in a memory box. 4. Put everything else in the recycle bin. And you’re done! Doesn’t it feel good to focus on the important and inspiring things again? Remember: 1. Move fast. 2. Don’t overthink. 3. Feel great about getting organized! Start the 5-minute timer now.

Raleigh, you'll find heaps of forms for "Mum's Brain" in your Library of Resources.

I don't keep a notice board either.
The kids paintings and drawings go up on the fridge for a few days then are either binned or put into the Memory Box. For now, I just had to keep the painted red heart that my 3yr old gave me for Valentine's Day. So sweet! But I am a sucker for putting receipts in a pile (just in case I need them later). 95% of the time I don't. They now have been cleared off the kitchen bench, culled or filed. So much tidier.
