Cull coat cupboards.

1. Take a look inside your coat cupboard, or wherever your coats and jackets are stored.
2. Remove anything that doesn’t fit, is tatty or hopelessly out of style, doesn’t suit the climate, has bad associations, etc.
3. Discard or donate as appropriate.
4. Do a quick tidy of your remaining coats and jackets.

And you’re done!
