I'm not sure why it goes to a blank screen - could you please try using a different browser. If that still doesn't work could you please email helpdesk@getorganizedwizard.com and we'll email it to you.

Hi Bernice,
I've just tried downloading it again now, and it all works fine for me.
Could you please check if you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed? Sometimes older versions can have problems.
You can download Adobe Reader from here:
Get Organized Wizard | Why won't my PDF open?
Regards,
Craig

The SMART goal planner in the Life Makeover Journal is slightly different than the SMART Goals Planner here. How should I use the "Actions needed/Notes" in the 3rd row and the "Actions needed/Notes" in the 5th row?
Thank you

If I understand your question correctly, yes the layout is a little different but the concept is the same.

So using your Life Makeover Journal version you would answer:
Why do I want to achieve this goal?
in row 3: recording the actions you want to take or notes relating to your reasons

Then similarly, you would answer:
What actions am I willing to take to achieve my goals?
in row 5: again recording notes and to-do items to help you achieve that goal.

Hope that helps
