SMART Goals

Michele's post: SMART Goals - 5 Steps to Smart Goal Setting is a good introduction on how to write SMART goals.

The attached SMART Goals Planner is available to members (join here - it's free). After joining you will see an attached files section underneath the video. Clicking on this will prompt you to download it.

In the post she goes through the 5 characteristics of a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-framed) and then a worked example of how to write a smart goal for losing weight.

She's also provided a simple, interactive SMART Goal planner (it's attached for members) that helps you to plan out, implement (and reward yourself!) your goals.

Below is a video where I go through another worked example of setting a SMART goal - this time for improving health and fitness via pushups.

The link works for me. Are you using the download link (ie Attached Files) underneath the video?

Hi,
This is the result of trying to download the "updated" version from the link given:

vBulletin Message
Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

I downloaded the one provided above and it opened without trouble. However the link for the updated did not work.

Thanks Luis.
I've removed it now. I think that attachment link broke when I added the updated version to the original post.

If anyone else is having trouble accessing the file attachment (it is just below the video) at the top of this page, please let me know.

Hello,

I have tried to download Smart Goal Planner at least three times with no luck. I am logged in and I choose the link under the video. If possible, I need a little help with this.

I couldn't get the 2nd page. I was able to save the 1st but not the 2nd.
