Default New perspective on good habits :)

Having a relaxing vacation always re-sets my way of thinking.

I love planning how I am going to change bad habits into more positive ones.

Before I get back into old patterns I've downloaded this checklist and started making notes on improvements to our daily routine. I'd love to transfer some of this vacation tranquility into everyday life

Write on your downloaded list your bad habits. Eliminate each bad habit one at a time. Also, take the bad habit and see if you can change it to a positive habit/statement. I.e. I eat alot of junk food. I will not buy anymore junk food. I will put the money I save in my piggy bank and put it towards something I really want to have or need to have.
Regards,
Terry Currie
