Establish an Errands List
- Find a notepad or piece of paper and a pen.
- Place somewhere convenient â€“ beside the phone, on the fridge door, or beside your bag or briefcase.
- Create 4 sections in columns, rows or quadrants.
- Label the sections based on your needs; eg: Groceries, Errands, Shopping, Library, Childrenâ€™s stuff, School, etc.
And youâ€™re done!
Now you have a simple and practical way to capture all the to-do items that need you to leave the house.
