Our group responses are as follows:
One large bag or large box to toss the following in: Unloved ornaments, gifts, vases, etc
Knickknacks that don’t enhance your space; provide no meaning, beauty or inspiration or you don’t love
No-longer-played DVDs and CDs; clothing that doesn’t fit or meet your standards
Supplies, storage containers and accoutrements relating to abandoned craft, knitting, scrapbooking, and other projects donate to an arts & crafts group
Repurpose: mismatched or unloved crockery & cutlery mismatched ceramic mugs can be used on your home desk to keep pens & small desk items
Doubles of utensils, cookware, etc depending on the item you may wish to keep a duplicate. Example: if you’re a heavy coffee drinker I would keep an extra coffee maker as back up.
Do not stop until you have 12 items in your bag or box.
