Hi! My focus between 7/26/17 to 8/30/17 will be:
    1. Health 2. Study English 3. Develop my Connection 4. Career 5. Relationship
    My magic activities are:
    1. Gym 1/week ; 2. Yoga 2/ week ; 3. Studying 2h every day; 4. Searching 2:30h every day 5. Meditation 20 min every day and go to meeting every Thursday; 6. Give exclusive attention to my husband from 7:30pm until bed time 7. Spend 30 minutes every day planing activities w/ my family.
I have large brainspace and I’m somewhere in the middle between routine and spontaneity. Every night before I’ll plan my next day (30min) and every Sunday I’ll reflect if I need adjustments. My challenges are “don’t overthinking” and “Don’t aim too high”.
    thanks !

I’ll do combination paper and digital systems. Focus on priorities for my career, health and personal goals and relationships.
Let go of illusory activities and skim emails even more, send briefer messages, and do not allow myself to get sidetracked.

I’m going to try blending paper and digital – I love my colorful Wacky Women Daily calendar for weekly activity planning on paper; but will start using my phone for reminder to drink water and a new app for tracking my ‘magic’ daily activities. I’ll have to get use to keeping my phone with me rather than on my bed stand so I hear the ‘drink’ reminders.
As organized as I am, I’m still enjoying the ‘tweaking’ that these exercises are motivating me to do!
